Strategy BBMA OA Bollinger Bands And MA With Many Functions
Before entering BBMA OA deeper, the following indicators were used along with its settings:
Bollinger Bands (BB) is a significant indicator in BBMA OA. John Bollinger created BB as a determinant of sentiment, bias, and measure of market volatility. BBMA in OA, BB has few rules, among other things:
- BB As SNR And Dynamic To See Market Volatility
As presented above, the Bollinger Bands (BB) can be used as a gauge of volatility and sentiment or bias of the market. To pay attention to this volatility, the thing to watch out for is the shape of Bollinger Banksters but, does include Bollinger Bands Bollinger Bands or Expand Horizontally.
BB Flat is when the Top, Mid, and Low BB tend to be parallel. Remember, the word tends to mean not here forever BB forms will look aligned perfectly. This flat state indicates that the market is currently in a State ranging or sideways. One of the most apparent characteristics of Horizontal BB is the price often pacing from Top to Low BB, or vice versa. Look at the image below, how VB control price and rejects him in the State of BB Horizontally.
Bollinger Bands Expands is a time when price broke Top/Low BB in the State that open. Bollinger Bands by transpiration rates and end with a State close Candle outside the Bollinger Bands which expands can be a sign as the new momentum for the market continue the journey towards it. Notice the image below when price broke and Candlestick (CS) close outside the Bollinger Bands are being inflated.
- Bollinger Bands To See The Direction Of The Trend
As mentioned above, the BB has three lines, namely Top, Mid and Low BB. Mid BB here serves as a limit. Consider the image below. Note, while the Up Trend (UP) then the price of skew are at the top of the Mid BB? Whereas when the Down Trend (DT) then prices skew is at the bottom of the Mid BB?
- Moving Average
Moving Average or Nyanyi is called MA, the liquid indicator is the evenly flat value at a certain period of time in a market. In its development, MA changed develops with various types of calculation models to perform sampling in search of the average value. In general, the MA serves as a trend direction reader as well as dynamic support and resistance. Examples can be seen in the image below.
As explained before, there are 5 MA pieces to be used in BBMA. Each of these MA has its function and purpose respectively in BBMA OA. In detail, these functions will be discussed separately later.
- Entry rules BBMA OA
In BBMA OA, there are two, it is covered which is always noticed. The first is when there is a MA5/10 that comes out of the BB, and is covered when there is a Candlestick that is close outside of the BB. It is covered with the underlying three signal conditions and entry in BBMA OA.
In a state of increase or decrease in price, not only the candle that can come out of the BB, MA can also exit the BB. Extrem is the current state of MA 5/10 out of Top or Low BB. This valid extrem is characterized by a few things. For more details, please see the image below.
The circumstances modeled above are the minimum conditions of an extrem condition stated to be valid. The circumstances are:
- MA 5 or 10 out of the Top or Low BB.
- There is a Reversal candle close in the BB or just below/over the MA5.
After both conditions are fulfilled, then on the number 3 candlestick that will be the place of entry suppose. The candlestick is named Candlestick Retest, the entry was done when the price retried to penetrate the price that had penetrated the Top/Low BB before but could not afford. Because these signals and entries are extreme and dangerous, there is a mandatory TP that should not be violated especially for beginners. Take Profit or TP is in MA 5/10 that does not penetrate the BB. Judging from the examples presented above, MA 5 High out of Top BB and other requirements have been fulfilled then TP we are obliged to be at MA 5 Low.
For example, signal and entry Extrem itself can be seen in the image below later. As explained above, extrem signals in BBMA OA are relatively extreme and dangerous. Most extrem signals are only used as early signs that a trend is about to run out. So there are not many who use this type of entry, except if not yet understand the essence of trading BBMA OA.
2. Market lost Volume (MHV)
Market lost Volume or MHV will take effect after the occurrence of extrem. MHV is a condition when price already has no power to continue the journey. This MHV signal usually has candlestick features will not be able to penetrate back Top/Low BB. For example, MHV can be named in the image below.
When studied from the pattern and patterns, the MHV is usually the form of Double Top, Triple Top, Head and Shoulder, and Inverse Head and Shoulder. Here are some lists of MHV forms with one example of the entry. Because of its many types, it is expected not to rush into this signal. Well, mark each highest price that cannot penetrate back Top/Low BB.
Here are the types of MHV:
Here’s one open example position of the MHV in BBMA OA:
Before entering this best and congratulations entry type, it will be described slightly regarding Candlestick direction (CSA) and Candlestick Momentum (CSM).
- Direction Candlestick (CSA)
Candlestick direction is an initial signal of a price change that usually occurs post extrem and MHV. The CSA on BBMA serves as one of our guides where the price will move in the near term. CSA itself is divided 2 namely CSA early and sturdy when CS close only go through MA 5 and 10 only. While CSA Sturdy is CS close past MA 5, 10 and Mid BB. The CSA example can be seen in the image below later.
- Momentum Candlestick (CSM)
Momentum Candlestick is an initial signal from a market that starts to have the power to move. CSM is marked with CS that close outside the BB (Top or Low) that expands. The CSM example can be seen in the image below later.
This CSA and CSM is a signal for us to prepare the entry. Not a direct entry at the time of the CSA or CSM, BBMA obliges us to only enter the position on MA5/10 High and Low only. For example, if there is CSM on Top BB, we have to wait in MA 5 or 10 Low first to do Entry Buy. Note the sample images CSA and CSM. When reentry in CSA Sturdy on MA 5/10 Low, the candle is nothing close through the MA snare.
Note also when reentry in the CSM on MA 5/10 High below, the candle no one close penetrates the MA.
According to Cik gu Oma Ally, reentry is the safest entry type for beginners to do. Especially if the reentry is done in accordance with the direction of the current trend.
Trading with BBMA
So how to trade with BBMA? Once described some of the signals, the setup and the entry above, are allowed to follow and enter in one of the market conditions. There are also several BBMA traders that provide different accounts for each entry, and there is only one type of entry.
If you want to trade with all the entries described above, please do so if you actually have mastered each type of entry, either the order of the incident, the kind of good, the clip, and don’t forget to simply enter the position in MA5/10 high/low.
